14 Day Smoothie Detox- Day 8

  

Purple smoothie (breakfast/dinner)

  • 1/2 cup antioxidant juice 
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • Handful of frozen blackberries and blueberries
  • Handful of spinach 
  • 1 scoop chocolate protien powder

Breakfast was pretty good, but I found myself starving by 11 am.. Which hasn’t happend as of yet. Dinner was soooo bad that I actually poured half of it down the drain. I couldn’t finish it, it was vile. Tasted like baby barf! I didn’t even bother taking a picture of it or writing down the ingredients well because, no. Just thinking about it gives me shivers! LE BARF!

  1. Go, Jen, go. The words from this are worth all your pain. Not that I want you to feel pain…c’mon…it’s so fucking funny. I’m going to stop laughing now and pack my bags to go to Cuba with my daughter…who is so much like you. Won’t be able to see the rest of your postings, but will occasionally chuckle thinking about this one. Go, Jen, go!
