Purple smoothie (breakfast/dinner)
- 1/2 cup antioxidant juice
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- Handful of frozen blackberries and blueberries
- Handful of spinach
- 1 scoop chocolate protien powder
Breakfast was pretty good, but I found myself starving by 11 am.. Which hasn’t happend as of yet. Dinner was soooo bad that I actually poured half of it down the drain. I couldn’t finish it, it was vile. Tasted like baby barf! I didn’t even bother taking a picture of it or writing down the ingredients well because, no. Just thinking about it gives me shivers! LE BARF!
